Ancient karri forest, southwest Western Australia

Western Australia · Est. 2026

Where women
who lead come to
go deeper.

Selva Haus is a private membership for high-achieving young women founders and CEOs — and a place to return to the self that exists before the title.

Not a network. Not a wellness retreat. Something older — the grove was always where the real gathering happened.

A private gathering place for women
who do it all.

Exclusive and refined. The Haus everyone wants to be in.

We are women who do not choose between ambition and depth. Between leadership and creativity. Between the woman the world sees and the one who exists underneath.

Selva Haus is a curated membership community, a retreat programme, and a platform — for women who know that leading well requires a rich interior life and shared knowledge.

We gather in the wild places of the world, beginning in southwest Western Australia. We craft things with our hands. We change the world, one gathering at a time.

"Nel mezzo del cammin di nostra vita, mi ritrovai per una selva oscura.""In the middle of the journey of our life, I came to myself within a dark grove — where the straight way was lost."
Dante Alighieri · The origin of the Selva

Selva. The grove where transformation begins.

In Italian and Spanish, selva means forest — but not the gentle woodland of an afternoon walk. It is the ancient, wild grove: the place of disorientation, depth, and becoming. Dante used this word at the very opening of his great journey — "mi ritrovai per una selva oscura" — I found myself within a dark grove. The threshold before transformation.

Haus is the Germanic word for house — a home, a shelter, a place that holds. Together, Selva Haus is the wild place, made into a home. The gathering that makes the unknown feel held. This is what we are building.

What we
believe

The ideologies that determine who belongs here, what we make together, and how we treat the places we gather in.

The wild interior

The inner and outer landscape are not separate. We return to both — karri forest, coastline, body, page — to discover the connection between them is where something beautiful grows.

Radical softness

Power is not the opposite of tenderness. Selva Haus is where those things are set down — not abandoned, but rested. What rises in their place is worth protecting.

Editorial curation

Everything here is carefully chosen. The members, the venues, the conversations, the collaborators. There is a point of view, and it is uncompromising. This is a place where excellence thrives.

Ways to enter

All membership is by application. We are selective not out of exclusivity for its own sake, but because the quality of the room depends on it.

You are more than
what you build.

Join a founding circle of women who refuse to choose between ambition and depth. Applications are reviewed personally. We are not for everyone — and that is the point.

Selva Haus acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and gather — including the Whadjuk Noongar people of the southwest of Western Australia. We recognise their deep connections to Country, and we pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and to Elders past and present.
